Serves: 4 guests, or 16 meatballs
|16 oz. ground turkey||2 tsp finely chopped garlic||2 tsp finely chopped ginger|
|2 tsp finely chopped onion||1/2 cups chopped mushrooms||1 cup plain non-fat yogurt|
|1 tbsp salt||1 tbsp pepper||1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce|
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Gently mix all ingredients together with your hands, or fold with a spatula. Use gloves for ease
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Hand-roll mixture into 1.5 oz meatballs, making about 16 in total. Place them on the baking sheet one inch apart.
- Place in the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes, until slightly golden on top. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving
