Ingredients
Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Cook Time: 8-10 Minutes
Serves: 4 guests, or 16 meatballs
16 oz. ground turkey | 2 tsp finely chopped garlic | 2 tsp finely chopped ginger |
2 tsp finely chopped onion | 1/2 cups chopped mushrooms | 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt |
1 tbsp salt | 1 tbsp pepper | 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce |
How-To
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Gently mix all ingredients together with your hands, or fold with a spatula. Use gloves for ease
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Hand-roll mixture into 1.5 oz meatballs, making about 16 in total. Place them on the baking sheet one inch apart.
- Place in the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes, until slightly golden on top. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving
