The Meatless Monday campaign encourages people to “skip meat once a week” to reduce meat in their diet for their health and the health of the planet. Meatless Monday can mean eating more fruits, vegetables, and plant-based meals in place of meat in your dish.

Fresh Express
Our Fresh Express rotates regularly with various proteins, but did you know you can customize it to be a meatless meal? You get a soup or salad, one protein, and two sides, but you can always sub the protein for an extra side. Prepared fresh each morning, this is a great way to try new chef creations along with some of your favorite items from our Heat & Eat meals.
Eggplant Sandwich
One of our “From the Kitchen” items, our Eggplant Sandwich is made fresh and served daily. Served between two pieces of french bread, the eggplant is sauteed and dusted with chickpea flour and turmeric then topped with locally-grown organic tomatoes, onions, and peppers.
Vegetarian Chili
House-made Vegetarian Chili is made daily and is one of the most popular sides we serve! Chili is not just for the winter – you can enjoy a cup or bowl of it year-round. Or, order a quart of it and enjoy Sidewalk Chef’s Vegetarian Chili right at home.

Our customers rave about our selection of Impossible Foods™, and it’s easy to see why. Our range of Impossible Foods™ includes:
