How many calories are your meals?
Each meal begins at 500 calories and may vary depending on your nutritional needs.
What is in each meal?
The foundation of each meal is fairly simple: protein, vegetables, and carbohydrates. Since each meal is customizable, you have control over the type of protein and vegetables that go into each meal. Chef Shashank will work with you
I don’t eat red meat, pork, fish, etc.
Not a problem! All of our pro-athlete meals are custom-made to your liking. Let us know if you have preferences on the type of protein in your meal.
What if I am allergic to certain foods?
When placing your order, let us know what food allergies you have so Chef Shashank can keep those out of your meals.
How many meals can I have per week?
We will provide you with as many meals as you need per day and per week. Some of our athletes need meals twice a day, seven days a week, while others need fewer meals per week.
