Sidewalk Chef Kitchen’s New Heat and Eat Meals
To kick 2021 off, we are excited to announce our new high-protein, low-carb Heat & Eat meals. We developed these meals in partnership with Dr. Douglas S. Kalman, PhD, RD, to help you achieve your goals in and out of the gym. Even if you aren’t a pro-athlete, you can still eat like one! Full of good-for-you nutrients and a perfect balance of protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables, these meals are a great option for lunch on the go or a no-fuss dinner. Chef Shashank makes our Heat & Eat meals fresh in-house and keeps them stocked regularly in our refrigerated section. The meals have a shelf life of up to six months in the freezer or 5-7 days in the fridge. All you have to do is heat, eat, and enjoy!
