We are excited to announce our new high-protein, low-carb Heat & Eat meals. Developed in partnership with Dr. Douglas S. Kalman, Ph.D., RD, these meals are an excellent way to hit your nutrition and fitness goals. Even if you aren’t a pro-athlete, you can still eat like one! These well-balanced meals are a great option for meals any time of day. They’re made fresh in-house, with a shelf life of up to six months in the freezer or 5-7 days in the fridge. Just heat, eat, and enjoy!
